We’re not starting a cult but some followers on Instagram would be nice. Thank you.

By this time, you probably already knew that Cristiano Ronaldo was in town.

The international footballer was here to support a series of youth scholarships founded by his friend, Singaporean billionaire Peter Lim.

In his few days here, Ronaldo was spotted at several locations in Singapore, including Botanic Gardens, Victoria Junior College and Marina Bay Sands.

Spending time with the Lim family

In 2015, he sold his image rights to Mint Media Sports, a company owned by Peter.

Peter is no stranger to the football world, being the owner of La Liga football team Valencia CF and co-owner of League Two team Salford City.
